Blowing Agents

Blowing agents are additives in liquid or gaseous phase that provide cellular structure to plastics and can be classified as physical and chemical. Different types of blowing agents and their mixtures can be used to produce plastic (eg, polyurethane) foams suitable for a variety of uses.
